[18.2] Track Derivations for Track Selection and Switching in ISOBMFF

This contribution proposes derivation transformations for track derivations resulting from track selection and switching, with applications targeting at selective playback and adaptive streaming, where tracks are typically grouped into alternate and switch groups, respectively.
